Let’s celebrate another great year at our annual Holiday Party at the Davenport Press in Mineola NY.

Empire Region will have our annual Holiday Party at the Davenport Press. We will continue to have our own room upstairs with a private cash bar (soda is provided at no cost at the bar) followed by a sit down dinner. As we have done in the past the Empire Region will cover tax and gratuity cost for each member and associate member.

When: Saturday December 3rd

Time: 6:30pm Cocktails and appetizer’s a t the upstairs Cash Bar followed by a sit down dinner.

Cost: Empire Region will once again subsidize this event providing a reduced cost to 2016 Paid Members and Associates at $55.00 each (cash only) Non-Members are welcome to join us at the full rate of $65.00 each (cash only). Any Non-Member who&n bsp;joins at the Holiday Party will get the discounted rate of $55.00. All you need to do is fill out an application and bring a check or cash for your 2017 membership dues (applications will be available). Or you can sign up on line and bring your confirmation/receipt with you (no discounts can be provided without a receipt).

Where: Davenport Press 70 Main Street, Mineola NY 11501. The restaurant is a short walk east of the Mineola Long Island Rail Road Station (one block east of the station on the south side of tracks). Set in a historic building is this fine continental restaurant. Built in 1862 as a bank, it later became a printing company, and finally, in 1976, a restaurant. It still possesses all the charm and character of its past.

We will have a 50/50 raffle too!!

6:30 – 7:30: Cash Bar, pass around Hors D’oeuvres

7:30 Dinner:
First course: Baby Shrimp in garlic sauce, crispy calamari or Rigatoni a la vodka.

Second course: Caesar or tossed salad

Third course: Sirloin Steak, Chicken Francaise/Marsala, Broiled Salmon, Shrimp Scampi. All served with vegetables & roasted potatoes.

Fourth Course: dessert, coffee or tea.
